Let's get physical.
Weight is one of the things my friends would talk about. It's either they are really want to shed off their extra calories, or they would like to gain weight. There are only 2 choices when losing weight - either do it the easy and expensive way, or do it the hard but healthiest way. Easy way is that you visit a doctor and have a liposuction, or you buy over-the-counter weight loss pills. But beware of its side effects.
The hard way is simply changing your eating habits. Maintain proper diet and exercise regularly. Be conscious of your calorie intake and strictly drink water. It might sound hard but you can have alternative ways to make it easy and fun. You can play music while working out, or you can eat some "tempting foods" once in a while to reward yourself of your hard work. So good luck with the choices you make, and have a healthy body!
