Old Me.

Losing weight is one of the big issues which people has been battling with over the years. I admit I gained weight 2 years ago and I find it difficult to shed those extra calories. I worked out, jogged at night, and even enrolled in a boxing class. Gladly, it slowly paid off but my belly fat is still here. This is, honestly, the most difficult thing to remove. I want my old waist line back. Gone are the days when I can eat anything I like without being conscious in my calorie intakes. Maybe the fact that my body burns it fast, plus my lifestyle then (I was active) contributed to achieve that slim body. Oh my! I'm starting to get frustrated now. I still believe that I can get my old body back in no time... as long as I exercise and workout frequently, I eat healthy foods, and have discipline with myself. Aja!
