Gradual.

Science and technology always has something new in store for everyone. It's a matter of researching, studying, and implementing such discoveries. And hen it's proven safe, then it will be recommended and endorsed to the human race. The latest breakthrough in Science is the stem cell method. Go on and search about it because I won't explain any further here. lol. Cosmetic surgery is still the trend in our society, and a lot of people are embracing it. Spine surgery Mexico are readily available in few chosen hospitals. Cure for the then-incurable diseases are starting to emerge but still in the process of testing and verifying. Well, you see, it's endless. People will never stop until they get the right formulas and right answers to their queries. In fact, everything is gradual. People create the things that will destroy us but still they also create things that will counter such destruction. So no one really knows what might happen to the world a few decades from now. All we have to do is take good care of ourselves and make sure that we are always on the right track. Assess yourself ever now and then, ok? ;)

IT Projects.

Back in college, we were asked to create or formulate ideas which is part of our thesis that will show our knowledge on what we've learned in our school lessons. We're formed into several groups and our professors would set the requirements and deadline for us to meet. Since we're in the field of IT, most of us did several systems which will be beneficial to everyone. In my experience, it cost us much but still we did our best, put our extra efforts to finish what we've started. And in the end, I'm proud to say that we were part of the exhibitors which means we are exempted from the defense proper.

Then I visited our alma mater last year to witness the project exhibits. Some have upgraded or enhanced a previously available projects, while some have made their own systems. One of which is the school alert system. It sounds interesting, right? The alert will be activated whenever there's an earthquake, or fire. It serves as a radio announcement for the whole school to hear, too. You see, it's simple yet a very helpful tool. Then, there's this map of the whole school which will serve as your navigator so you wouldn't get lost around the campus, and so much more. Technology is really fast. People have to cope up and learn about it so we could make the most out of it. So for the future ITs and engineers out there, good luck to you! Cheers! ;)

Tour around.

Everyone has their own dream place. I'm sure of it! So where do you want to spend the rest of your life then? In my case, it would be in France. Then I'd tour around Europe. Oh, how lovely! Then I'd go to Maldives, Carribean, and Maui or Hawaii. They have the best beaches, I guess, and nobody would care that you were there. So it's a perfect getaway for me. lol. I'm not a celebrity but what I meant is that you will have your own privacy, and people won't recognize you there so you can do anything you want. :) For now, I'd stick with my own country first. Then I'd tour Asia and so on, getting farther and farther away. lol.

Lose them.

During our lunch break, we landed on fat burner products and we've been discussing if it's advisable to use as pre-workout supplement. As you all know, my friends are conscious with their body (which includes me) especially these times. We are all getting old and we all want to achieve a fit body - not too thin, not too fat.

Generally, it is not recommended to use such products when working out. According to a fitness expert, everyone is different in their sensitivity to stims though. Just make sure you have about 6 hours spaced between your fat burner and your pre-workout. Or just use your fat burner for your pre-energy. And that's it.

Festive time.

Christmas is near... Bringing good cheer...

True that! And everybody should be very happy because of the Christmas bonus. Yay! I'm sure everyone has plans on how to spend this hard earned cash. Well, for me, I;m planning to purhcase a new desktop PC and i prefer the assembled one because the one we have at home is quite old but still trusty. ;)

And later this year, I'm planning to buy a plasma TV as gift for mom and dad. So I'm expecting to choose new plasma mounts as well to make our living room cozier. After that, I'll buy a Wii console game for myself as birthday gift. Hooray! I can;t wait to play Guitar Heroes and enjoy the Wii Fit. I want to get physical... physically fit, I mean. How about you? What are your plans for the upcoming moolah?
